California Mist have had a slow start to the year with few races, and a lot of breakaway attempts. This was in order to make the Volta, however we missed sign up as manager Knotts was away on other business. After this we started racing slightly more competitively and have achieved a few points. We were careful to always make sure, we were in a position to be able to go to Norway, and attempt to help Sadolin go 1 better than last year.
Norway is up next, with the climbers of the team being there already. Sad olio is captaining, and the rest of the team are behind him. Visser and Fraga bring experience which will help him, whereas Boisen and Fisher are also going to be in top form. They will be with Sadolin until the final stages of the big climbs. Faulk has also made the trip, to provide essential support on the hills, flat roads and his experience is invaluable. He will be the leitenant on the road.
After Norway, Boisen, Fisher and Faulk will travel across to Wales where they will link up with Osgood, Dotson, and Bullock. Bullock will be captain in Wales, and will hopefully produce a fine display. His TT ability isn't the best, but were hopeful of a good time against the clock.
Also this morning we had the arrival of our new equipment. We have invested a lot of money in this, but it will stay with us for a long time so it is a necessary expense. The riders will be training on it in the next few days, and getting accustomed to the new ride. It's debut will of course be at Norway, with us keeping it hidden from the media until then.

@Knotts: Yep, off day for Selnes on the final CL-stage. Really sucks considering I was in the lead before all the important stages..
Well done on Norway and equipment.
Equipment: Leigh frame,Zyte TT bars, and Arne anderburg wheels. All were considered good purchases for amount of gain compared to cost. I know I can't save up for the best ones, so went for cost efficiency
Thanks all, it wasn't expected. When I saw the lineup, was honestly expecting a big fight for the top 5 positions.
Joss: unlucky, I think Selnes is the better rider overall and deserved the GC win. Just the final climbing stage let him down - off day???
What equipment did you buy?
Congrats on winning Norway Tour!

See you in Norway! Sadolin could deliver there.
Good luck for Norway.
